Formal Recruitment (aka “Rush”) at UNC Chapel Hill starts Wednesday, August 21st, 2024. Bids will be extended by Thursday, August 29th at 11:00 PM. Men who accept bids must notify the Fraternity by Sunday, September 1st at 5:00 PM. To participate in Rush, please do the following:
1. REGISTER ONLINE FOR IFC RECRUITMENT To register follow this link. You must register in order to receive a bid from Lambda Chi Alpha.
2. ATTEND THE IFC RECRUITMENT KICKOFF in the Great Hall of the Student Union on Wednesday, August 21st, 2024. IFC conducts this meeting prior to the beginning of the recruitment period to explain how recruitment will function and to answer any questions you have.
3. ATTEND CHAPTER EVENTS in person during the recruitment period (Formal Recruitment).
4. RECEIVE A BID Lambda Chi Alpha will extend bids to prospective new members by 11:00 PM on Thursday, August 29th for those participating in Formal Recruitment.
5. ACCEPT YOUR BID ONLINE Notify Lambda Chi Alpha and accept your bid by Sunday, September 1st at 5:00 PM (Formal Recruitment).
